Table Talk | Winging it: New owners for tavern

Computer engineer Gregory Shin has realized his longtime dream with the new Bonjung Japanese Restaurant (50 W. Third Ave., Collegeville, 610-489-7022), a BYOB with sushi bar in Collegeville Station. (Shin translates bon as Japanese for "real, original and true" and jung meaning "heart, affection, love and emotion.") Shin, whose wife, Christine, is an interior designer and did the decor, is backed by his brother, Leo, who has a restaurant background. "Lunch boxes" are $8. Dinner entrees range from $14.50 to $26. It's open for lunch and dinner daily.
